Try pairing our Polka Dots Sprinkles Stencil with these to create the look of fish bubbles. 

How to use:  Lay your Stencil down on some wax paper. Apply a thick coat of Royal Icing over the Stencil. Gently pull the Stencil away and let the sprinkles set. Once completely dry, gently scrape the sprinkle shapes off of the wax paper.
