Thank You & An Important Shipping Update:

This past May, we celebrated 9 years in business, and we want to start by saying thank you. Your support over the years has allowed us to continue creating, sourcing, and sharing cookie decorating products with this amazing community.

We wanted to take a moment to share an important shipping update, beginning July 12 and explain why this change is necessary. Over the years, we have worked hard to keep our product prices and shipping costs as affordable as possible. We have absorbed many increases along the way because we value our customers and want to continue providing quality products at fair prices.

Throughout 2026, USPS has implemented multiple increases to its Ground Advantage service, significantly impacting the cost of shipping the small, lightweight packages we send every day. Many of our orders, especially stencil orders, weigh less than 4 ounces and have historically qualified for the lowest Ground Advantage pricing.

With the recent USPS pricing changes, the difference in cost between very lightweight packages and packages weighing close to one pound has become much smaller. In other words, packages weighing only a few ounces are now being priced much closer to heavier Ground Advantage packages than they were in the past. This has had a significant impact on small businesses like ours that ship many lightweight orders.

Shipping costs also include more than postage. Every order requires packaging materials, shipping supplies, labels, and the time needed to carefully package and protect your items so they arrive safely.

Because of these continued increases, beginning July 12, our flat shipping rate for domestic orders under our free shipping threshold will be updated to:

📦 Flat Rate Shipping: $7.50

We know shipping increases are never something customers want to see, and this was not a decision we made lightly. We have worked hard to keep costs

down and absorb increases whenever possible, but we have reached a point where we can no longer continue covering these rising shipping expenses ourselves.

A Few Ways to Save on Shipping:

• Shopify customers still receive FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more.

• If you're planning multiple decorating projects or looking ahead to upcoming holidays, combining items into one order is a great way to maximize your shipping value.

• Watch for our sales and special promotions throughout the year, which can help offset shipping costs.

International shipping rates will now reflect current USPS postage costs and vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Please note, we strive to mail out all orders in 1 to 2 days. USPS does NOT guarantee delivery dates, they instead give a range of expected delivery. Please use your tracking number to look for updates on arrival times, we unfortunately do not have any additional access to shipping information.

We currently ship our cookie stencils, cookie cutters, and other cookie decorating tools within the USA, Canada, Australia and several other locations throughout the world. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping cost is based off your order amount. USPS First Class and Priority Mail is offered within the USA.

Please note:

We can not guarantee the postal service delivery times.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with Tracking Information. Please use this to inquire about your delivery. Unfortunately we will not have any additional information to provide you.
According to USPS website, Priority Mail shipping time averages 2-3 business days, but is NOT guaranteed. First Class Mail shipping time averages 2-7 days. International First Class Mail shipping time averages 7-21 days. These ranges are in addition to the time it takes for us to process your orders.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost items. Please contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS) with the tracking number provided in your shipping email.

Weather events, natural disasters, and busy holiday seasons can have an effect on the mail system's delivery times. We are not responsible for any time delays, custom fees, or any delays due to the international customs process.
