Fondust is a fantastic coloring product that is easy to use! It is the only water-soluble color that can be used directly in food.
It can be used to color royal icing, fondant, sugar work (before or after baking), almond paste, buttercream, cake mix, macarons, decorating gel, candy, etc. Practically everything . . . except pure chocolate.
You can achieve very dark colors, like black, red, blue and brown, as well as very bright colors, such as orange, green, pink and violet.
